Rolla Outfitters is a fully guided hunting service that provides hunters with true trophy game animals. Our ranch consists of 11,000 acres of private land in Collingsworth County, Texas. The game animals that you will have access to are Whitetail Deer, Desert Mule Deer, Rio Grande Turkeys, and Dove. All wildlife is free roaming and you don't have to travel more than 3 miles from the lodge to hunt either mules or whitetail. The nutrition for the wildlife is outstanding. The animals feed on peanuts, corn, rye, wheat, haygraizer, redtop cane, and soybeans. This produces huge heavy antlers and 200+ body weights on the deer |

At Ghostwater Creek Ranch, we pride ourselves on treating our guests just like family. Transportation to and from either airport in Del Rio or San Antonio is provided to guests free of charge while transportation from the airport to the ranch by helicopter is available.
Once you arrive, you’ll find the accommodations at Ghostwater Creek to be clean, modern and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The ranch can accommodate up to eight guests at a time, five at the main ranch and three at the accompanying ranch house. All alcohol, soft drinks and food is included as part of your hunting experience with meals prepared by the Ghostwater Creek Chef. After dinner, it’s poker time and guests are invited to enjoy cigars, whiskey and beer while partaking in a friendly game of ranch poker.
In addition to the fantastic hunting Ghostwater Creek Ranch offers, the area surrounding the ranch provides plenty to do as well, should you have any members in your party who are non-hunters or should any of you hunters need a break from all the exciting action. For the fisherman, Lake Amistad, located just off Ghostwater Creek’s property, has been called “the hottest big bass lake in America” by ESPN. The lake features Large-mouth, Small-mouth, Guadeloupe, White and Striped Bass varieties along with Channel and Blue Catfish. Equipment, boat rentals, and fishing licenses are available for purchase at the lake. For those more interested in sight-seeing and the outdoors life, Devil’s River State Park offers one of the most beautiful, unspoiled rivers in the nation. At 47 miles long, Devil’s River is known as one of the cleanest water sources in the world and activities at the park include hiking, primitive camping, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking and fishing.
Tucker was born in June of 2009. We are expecting big things from him in the future. This little squirt is about the cutest thing on four legs. I'm a big fan of black/white GSP's and he has some very striking markings. He is by far the most talented dog of the bunch. Fast as lightning and a very refined point.

South Alabama Deer Hunting Packages
Deer hunting in Alabama isn't just another outdoor excursion, it's a passion for the local residents and also for the lucky few who come in from out of State. Locals will argue where the hot spots are located but few can disagree that South Alabama produces some of the biggest whitetail deer in the State. Situated on the Chauncey Ranch about 5,000-feet of elevation in central Arizona, the YMCA High Desert Hunt Club offers a variety of sporting activities, but specializes in providing outstanding pheasant and chukar hunting. About 15 feathered rockets exploded into our faces as the English pointer jumped into entangling cover. Dodging birds that almost hit us, my son and I bagged two while missing others before the covey sailed into a thick bramble patch where neither dog nor human cared to follow. Where once common wild birds largely disappeared, the Baker Quail Plantation near Macclenny, Fla., about 35 miles west of Jacksonville, tries to recreate the glory days of quail hunting in northern Florida.
Trespassers bag stiff fines, damage landowner-hunter relations. In Kansas, it is illegal to hunt, fish, shoot, or trap on private land without the owner's permission. Hunting from public roads and railroads requires permission of landowners on both sides of the road or railway. Railroad rights-of-way also require permission from the railroad. Written permission is required to enter land posted with hunting and/or trapping "by Written Permission Only" signs or having trees, fence posts or other landmarks painted purple. |
