Personal Service...
My free service includes accurate hunt evaluations, trip planning, licensing assistance and the listing of hunt specials. I base my business on honesty and integrity. I won't oversell a hunt just to make a buck, that's why I list all my hunt prices up front because there will be no "Hard Sell"! If you can find a better price on a higher quality hunt, book it! I make my money off the outfitter, not the hunter!
Value is the Bottom Line...
Booking agents and consultants make their living selling hunts on a commission basis, so they tend to book the more expensive hunts first. These hunts may not be the best quality or the best value for your hard earned money. Compare my prices and my client photos to some of the larger hunting consultant firms and outfitting services, and you will see Adventures West Recreation has a quality hunt that you can afford!
My group of honest hardworking outfitters specialize in affordable western big game hunts. They hunt quality private land, which renders high hunter satisfaction on representative animals. I also work with several first class outfits that offer hunts for Trophy class animals. These hunts are a little more expensive, but may be worth it depending on your expectations, physical fitness and your ability to keep your finger off the trigger!
 
I work by myself and have very little overhead; therefore I can pass on my savings on to you. I don't have to advertise in the big dollar magazines or attend all the expensive sportsmen's shows. I get most of my clients from word of mouth and I have a solid base of repeat clients each year. Since my hunts are so successful and affordable they book fast, so if you find a hunt that you are interested in call Adventures West Recreation as soon as possible to check availability.
If you intend to book hunts in Montana or Wyoming, please be aware the tag applications for these hunts are due anywhere from January 31st to March 15th of each year. Adventures West Recreation also books hunts for numerous outfitters throughout the west where the hunter does not have to draw for a tag. These guaranteed licenses make it easy to plan your hunt.
Hunting
Trespass Hunts: Available in Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Wyoming and Oregon. Lodging is included on some of the hunts. Guaranteed tags. These hunts are limited in number and book well in advance. Please call for current availability and pricing.
Big Game Tags: Our clients have easy access to over 90% of our quality hunts. If you want to go hunting right now, we can supply the tag and the hunt!
Prices include: Private land, hunt transportation, guiding, lodging, meals and trophy field care. Tag costs are not included in the hunt price.
Things to think about when booking a guided hunt:
• Look for private land hunts. These hunts can generate high success and generally have some type of track record. Outfitters pay premium rates for leases, so they usually do a very good job managing hunting pressure.
• Book at least a year in advance. You may avoid outfitter price increases and you can spread the cost of your hunt over 12-24 months.
• Get in shape. Although most of my private land hunts are not that physically demanding, being in shape is a healthy lifestyle and will allow you to remain in the field longer.
Group Discounts and Cancellations: If you want to pay below outfitter prices, call or email me immediately. I have numerous hunts that can be discounted for groups that like to hunt together. I also have several hunts especially for hunting youths that are discounted as well, which makes for a very affordable family outfitting. Adventures West Recreation has access to a number of cancellation hunts each year. These hunts can be for western big game as well as Alaska and Canadian big game. Cancellation hunts may be drastically discounted, and can be a great bargain for the price.
