Adventures Wild offers southwest Nebraska Whitetail hunts. In past years clients have harvested several bucks in the 140's - 160's range with the potential of 170" + bucks. We currently are leasing over 6,000 acres on the Republican River and creek drainages in Southwest Nebraska. There is a quota on Rifle tags so hurry or Archery and Muzzleloader tags are over the counter!
Our Mule Deer hunts take place in the rolling hills, CRP, Canyons, coulees and Agriculture Fields of far Southwest Nebraska! Hunt area is adjacent to Kansas and 25 Miles from Colorado. Bucks will score from the 150’s – 170’s with the potential of 180”+ class bucks. Terrain is easy to moderate with some hiking required so bring a good pair of hunting / hiking boots. This is a Fair Chase spot and stalk hunt!
New in 2012 Rifle, Archery and Muzzleloader are all now quota tags for Mule Deer. However you can still harvest a Whitetail if you elect on your Mule Deer Tag!! Don’t forget to book early for the 2012 Turkey hunts in SW Nebraska we have both Merriam and Rio Grande Turkeys which would allow you to harvest half your slam in one trip!!
The Nebraska hunts are for one or two birds and for an additional $150 you can harvest a third bird. Once again in 2010 we ran a 100% success rate on these hunts. In Chris’ years of running the business Adventures Wild has continued to harvest some of the best bucks in the country. 2009 was another great season for us harvesting several nice Muleys along with several Whitetail Bucks scoring in the 170’s and 180’s. And as always Nebraska Turkey ran 100% success with several trophies taking in both species and was as every season loads of fun!!
Adventures Wild only books up to 4 hunters per hunt for both deer and turkey unless special arrangements are made for a larger group and they are the only hunters during those hunt dates!! Don”t forget Adventures wild also gives a 50% discount to hunter’s under the age of 18 with a full price adult hunter!! The youth is our future!! Nebraska youth tags for both deer and turkey are only $5 Resident or Non-Resident!!! Also arrangements can be made for hunter’s who might be looking for Coyote, Bobcat or DIY Upland Bird (Pheasant, Quail and Grouse) hunts!
